CLEANING: Upon departure, please ensure that the house is in order and tidy as you received it. Garbage is to be disposed at the provided ski hills disposal bins across the street. Dishes are to be clean. Linens and Towels do not need to be done. Cleaning Staff will attend to the linens and towels. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a first class establishment.

Non Smoking Policy: There is no smoking inside the chalet. We have provided a seated area on the outside back deck. We ask all guests to respect our non-smoking policy in our chalet during your stay.

Directions - Fernie Alpine Resort is several kms (only about 5 minutes) west of Fernie. From highway 3, turn onto the Fernie Alpine Resort road. Take the first right hand turn onto Highline Drive. FernieHouse is the second house on the right. (sort of kitty corner to the horse stables). Color: green exterior siding with an old wooden arched front door. The official address is 5395 Highline Drive but there are no numbers on the house. We recommend you use Mapquest for detailed directions based on your starting location.

Special Considerations

Please be informed that there is a self contained suite in the lower part of the house. The downstairs suite is occupied at times throughout the winter ski season. During the summer months, the suite is mostly vacant. Please consider this when making your decision to book FernieHouse. You can always check with us to see if the suite will be occupied during your stay. The equipment room and the laundry room are shared by the main house and the downstairs suite.

PET OWNERS: There is a$45 fee. Please notify us prior to final booking that you are bringing your pet.
